Customer Service Delivery (CSD) Team Leader

We have a fixed term 6-month contract opportunity for a Customer Service Delivery (CSD) Team Leader at our Penrose support office.
The CSD Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of high performing CSD Reps who provide superior day to day support and services to our customers and our operations network for the booking, delivery and validation of services along with recognizing opportunities to promote our products and services.
The CSD Team Leader is accountable for leading and engaging our people, successfully implementing sales and service strategies that meet and exceed our consistently superior customer service aspirations, provide outstanding leadership to our customer service team, provide sustained and continuous growth for Belron NZ, developing self and the team through professionalism, planning and efficiency.
