New Zealand Wins Best Customer Service at Global Awards
We are thrilled to announce that Tariq Rashid, Leading Hand at our Smith&Smith® Penrose branch who represented New Zealand at the 2024 Best of Belron (BoB) competition held 12-13 June in Lisbon, Portugal, emerged victorious as the global winner of the prestigious Best-in-Class Customer Service award.
At Smith&Smith® customer service is very important to us. We are so incredibly
proud of Tariq who demonstrated this passion for delivering outstanding service to customers, up against 29 of Belron’s best vehicle glass technicians from across the world.
Tariq’s win is a remarkable achievement and reflects the collective effort and expertise of the entire Smith&Smith® team.
Held every two years, BoB is the biggest event in the Belron calendar where the best technicians worldwide come together in an intense competition, whilst remaining very supportive of each other, as is the Belron way. Over the two days in Lisbon, 1700 people celebrated the heroes of our global Belron® business, our technicians, for the work they do every day in making a difference with real care for our customers.
